ILTERRA Token
Project overview
ILTERRA (ILT) is a fungible Jetton on TON Mainnet intended to connect ILTERRA software products with potential loyalty benefits and participation in decisions about the token ecosystem. The token has been issued. Discounts, holder voting and product-specific asset rights are not currently active or guaranteed. This document describes the current project and the framework being considered; it does not announce a public token sale or admission to trading.
Token and technology
The official Jetton master contract is EQALRGN8_jJg1dydiWckdiOpTXyUBi0tjBH71QpC6BEHkFLu. The token name is ILTERRA, its symbol is ILT, and it uses 9 decimal places. The initial mint was 10,000,000 ILT. The contract currently has an administrator and permits additional minting, so the initial issuance is not a supply cap. See Token Information for the live explorer links and instructions for identifying the authentic token.
TON Jettons use a master contract and separate wallet contracts for holders. A holder’s Jetton wallet address is not the same as the master contract address. Names, tickers and logos can be copied by unrelated tokens; the complete master address is the essential identifier.
Ecosystem plans
ILTERRA is considering loyalty benefits or software subscription discounts for eligible ILT holders. No product currently has a published ILT entitlement. The Loyalty & Discount Policy explains which eligibility and calculation rules still need to be specified.
The project is also considering token-holder voting on defined decisions, including possible additional issuance. The Governance Policy records the proposed framework and its limits. It is not yet operating, and a vote is not enforced by the deployed contract. The Product & Asset Registry currently lists no committed product or asset rights.
Issuance and allocation
The Tokenomics & Allocation document records a proposed division of the initial issuance: 30% for the founder, approximately 30% for possible future distribution or sale, and the remaining 40% for ecosystem, liquidity, development and reserves. These are planning figures, not a record of completed transfers, an adopted lock schedule or an offer for sale. Treasury custody, vesting and conditions for future minting require further decisions.
Holder position and material risks
ILT does not automatically provide equity, dividends, repayment, revenue, ownership of ILTERRA or a right to a product or asset. Digital assets carry network, smart-contract, custody, irreversible-transaction, administrator, dilution, market and liquidity risks. The Token Terms & Risk Disclosure describes these matters in more detail. The value of ILT, if any, can fall to zero.
Regulatory and offering status
This page is informational project documentation. It is not a public sale offer, investment advice, or a regulatory crypto-asset white paper prepared for an offer or admission to trading. No regulatory approval is claimed. The project’s legal classification and any requirements for a future offering or trading admission will be assessed separately before either is pursued. Any such process would require additional disclosures, including the responsible party, applicable holder rights, offer terms, risks and environmental information where required by law.
The public GitHub history linked from this portal records textual updates. Future project plans may change or may not be implemented; the on-chain state and approved product terms should be checked separately when a decision depends on them.
