Token Terms & Risk Disclosure.
ILTERRA Token
Scope and present rights
ILT is a fungible Jetton issued on TON Mainnet. This page describes its current design and material risks. It does not set terms for a token sale: no public sale is offered through this portal. The official contract address is in Token Information.
Holding ILT does not, by itself, provide equity, dividends, repayment, a claim to profits, ownership of ILTERRA’s business, or an automatic entitlement to any asset or service. Product benefits and governance are being considered but are not presently guaranteed or operative. A future right would have to be stated in separate approved terms and implemented in the relevant product or process.
Technology and custody risks
TON transactions can be irreversible. Sending tokens to an incorrect or incompatible address may cause permanent loss. A holder is responsible for safeguarding the keys or credentials controlling their wallet; loss, theft or compromise of those credentials may make the tokens inaccessible or allow an unauthorized transfer.
The TON network, Jetton contracts, wallets, explorers and third-party services can fail, be interrupted, contain vulnerabilities or display inaccurate information. Token names, symbols and images can be copied. Check the entire Jetton master address before receiving or interacting with a token represented as ILT.
Administration, supply and market risks
The deployed Jetton contract currently has an administrator and permits additional minting. New issuance can dilute existing holders. The initial mint of 10,000,000 ILT is not a fixed maximum supply. Proposed holder-governance principles do not currently restrict these on-chain permissions.
ILT may have no active trading market or reliable liquidity. Its market value, if any, can fluctuate substantially or fall to zero. No return, listing, resale opportunity or future price is guaranteed. Do not acquire or hold ILT in reliance on an unapproved discount, vote or asset-transfer proposal.
Legal and program changes
Legal treatment of crypto-assets varies by jurisdiction and can change. Restrictions, taxes, consumer rights or other requirements may apply to a particular holder or future arrangement. A future sale, benefit or governance program would require separate terms and any applicable legal steps before it is offered or activated.
The published documents may be updated as the project develops. The portal’s GitHub history records changes to the text; a change to this page does not itself alter the Jetton contract or create an unimplemented product benefit.
