About ILT

ILTERRA (ILT) is a fungible Jetton on TON Mainnet. It is intended to connect ILTERRA software products and services with loyalty benefits, subscription discounts and participation in decisions about the token ecosystem.

ILT has been issued. The proposed benefits and governance arrangements described below are not yet active. Holding ILT alone does not currently provide a discount, a subscription, voting power, ownership of an ILTERRA product or business, a share of revenue, or a right to any particular digital asset.

What exists now

• The ILTERRA Jetton master contract is deployed on TON Mainnet.
• The initial mint was 10,000,000 ILT. This is not a fixed maximum supply.
• The contract currently has an administrator and permits additional minting. These on-chain permissions can change; check the live contract before relying on them.
• This portal does not announce a public token sale, exchange listing or guaranteed liquidity.

Intended ecosystem uses

Product loyalty. Selected ILTERRA products may offer benefits to eligible ILT holders. No product, discount or eligibility rule has been approved for this purpose yet.

Governance. A token-holder voting process is being considered for defined ecosystem decisions, including possible additional issuance. No voting system is currently operative or enforced by the deployed contract; the administrator retains the contract permissions described above.

Product participation. A future registry may identify participating products and expressly approved rights, if any. Listing a product would not, by itself, transfer its ownership, code, domains, accounts, intellectual property or revenue to token holders.

Any future benefit or right will require its own approved, published terms. Plans may change or may not be implemented.
