ILTERRA Token
Supply today
The initial issuance was 10,000,000 ILT on TON Mainnet. The Jetton master contract currently allows its administrator to mint additional tokens. The initial issuance is therefore not a fixed supply cap. The live total supply and administrator status can be checked using the links in Token Information.
Allocation model under consideration
The following percentages describe a proposed framework. They do not establish that the corresponding tokens have been transferred, sold, reserved under a binding agreement or locked on-chain.
| Proposed category | Share of the initial issuance | Current status |
|---|---|---|
| Founder | 30% | Allocation and any lock or vesting terms have not been finalized. |
| Future distribution or sale | Approximately 30% | No sale is offered by this page; terms and eligibility have not been set. |
| Ecosystem, liquidity, development and reserves | Remaining 40% | The split between these purposes and treasury rules have not been agreed. |
A minimum one-year founder lock has been discussed, but it has not been adopted or verified as an on-chain restriction. No reader should infer a lock, a release schedule or a treasury balance from the proposal above.
Future issuance and treasury
Additional issuance remains technically possible while administrator mint authority is active. A future Governance Policy describes voting principles being considered for such decisions, but no holder vote currently restricts the administrator on-chain.
Before an allocation, sale or treasury program is announced as operative, ILTERRA intends to specify the actual recipients and balances, custody arrangements, vesting or lock mechanisms, permitted spending, conflicts of interest and the relationship between any governance decision and the contract administrator’s power. Any public distribution or sale would require separate approved terms and applicable legal review.
