No ILTERRA product is currently registered here as providing an ILT-based benefit or asset right. Potential participation by a product should not be treated as a commitment until its scope and governing terms are published.

How entries will work

If a product joins the ILT ecosystem, its entry will identify the product, the exact benefit or participation scope, eligibility requirements, important exclusions and the document that governs the arrangement. Where a specific digital asset or legal right is proposed, the entry will also identify the current legal owner, the asset or right precisely, any conditions or approvals needed for transfer, and the procedure by which an approved transfer would occur.

A listing for loyalty or discounts would not, by itself, transfer ownership of the product or its assets.

Rights not created by holding ILT

ILT does not represent ownership of the founder’s Polish sole proprietorship. A token balance alone does not transfer a domain, software code, trademark, customer data, app-store account, revenue stream or other asset. Any transfer of a specified asset would require separately effective legal terms, the ability to transfer it and any necessary agreements or third-party approvals.

This registry will be updated when an approved arrangement exists. Until an entry states a right expressly and its governing terms are effective, no product-specific asset right should be inferred from ILT ownership.
